David returns to the UK after an extensive period working in the United States, bringing with him a wealth of experience in the Residential Development Sector. His career spans over 25 years, during which he has been instrumental in the successful delivery of numerous projects for leading developers both in the UK and the US.

David’s involvement encompasses the full spectrum of the project lifecycle, from initial site overview and development appraisal to subsequent design solutions, navigating negotiations, delivering detailed planning consents, and overseeing the implementation of technical working details, culminating in project completion and closeout.
